‘And He Marched Them Down Again’ is a satirical reinvention for advanced piano, of ‘The Grand Old Duke of York’ nursery rhyme and is the final piece in the ‘Right Royal Flush’ suite of reinvented nursery rhymes with a medieval flavour and a jazz twist.

This is a high energy piece which captures the inexorable drive of the soldiers marching into battle.
