All the King’s Horses is a satirical reinvention for advanced piano, of the Humpty Dumpty nursery rhyme and sits firmly in the middle of the ‘Right Royal Flush’ suite of reinvented nursery rhymes with a medieval flavour and a jazz twist.
High energy with building tension throughout as the soldiers prepare to march into battle, this piece is characteristic of driven, forward moving feel of this suite.
